No additional Charge for months with 5 weeks when lessons are purchased as a package. This is due to an annual 2 week vacation built into the lesson plan. During that time, material may be given for students to work on, with periodic ‘check-ins’, but no formal lessons will be given. 

Lessons will be billed via invoice on a monthly basis. Invoices will be sent out in the 1st of the month and payment is expected before the first lesson of the month.

Make Up Lesson Policy:

Instructor Make Up Lessons are to be scheduled on an individual basis between instructor and student. If, within a 2 month time frame, a make-up lesson is unable to be scheduled, a credit will be given on the next month's lesson plan.

 

If you miss your lesson, the price of that lesson will still be expected. Please refer to the make-up policy above.

 

Cancellation Policy:

There is no long term contract. Please allow for 1 month’s notice if you plan to withdraw yourself or your student from lessons. This gives the instructor time to fill your time slot and adequately prepare for the ending series of lessons.
